A HOME FOR A HERO HUGE SUCCESS

155 golfers and 40 guests enjoyed beautiful weather and a wonderful day of golf, in support of Army Sergeant Joel Tavera. The 2010 A Home For A Hero Charity Golf Event generated $80,000 to help build a home for Joel and his parents.

Individual donations ranged from $5, to as much as $5000.

The winning raffle ticket was selected by Andrea Castillo, the 10 year old daughter of 2009 hero, Staff Sergeant William Castillo. The winner of the 2010 Nissan Altima donated by Reed Nissan is Mr. Dominic Morelli of Yonkers, New York.

We will shortly place photos of the event on this website, and the site will continue to be available for donations.
